- The rates are only valid if the hotels are booked directly with Ártico Turismo (official travel agency);
- The hotel rates includes Breakfast

- All the hotels available for the event have restaurants offering lunch (from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and dinner (from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.). Room service available.
- Transfers from airport/hotel/airport are included on the rates. There will be a daily transfer to Minas Centro (Venue) only with the presentation of the voucher handed by Ártico Turismo (official travel agency);
